By using the Showcase Creator plugin, you agree and accept these terms and conditions. So read them carefully.

Definitions

In the context of these terms, “we”, “our”, etc. refers to the author of the Showcase Creator plugin, who is also the administrator of the website, that hosts the Layout Library service, used by the Showcase Creator plugin.

“You”, “your”, etc. applies to anyone who has the Showcase Creator plugin installed and/or anyone who submits a layout to the Showcase Creator Layout Library.

Disclaimer

We welcome your contributions to the Layout Library, but we are in no way obligated to you and are not responsible for our actions in relation to your contributions.

What rights do we have?

• We reserve the right to change the layout and the data related to it. For example, but not limited to, actions will be taken, when inappropriate content is encountered, such as obscene expressions, advertisements, etc.
• We reserve the right not to publish your layout.
• We have the right to delete the layout from the Layout Library.
• We have the right not to honor a request to modify your data if we feel it is not appropriate.

What rights do you have?

• You have the right to request modification or deletion of your layout by sending us your request from the same email address from which the layout was submitted.
